Our Proud Canadian History and Local Presence
At Masco Canada, the roots of our business date back more than 120 years, when Galt Brass Company opened its doors in Southern Ontario. Throughout the years, the business has evolved and grown in a variety of ways to better serve our North American customers.
In 1992, the “Masco Canada” name was first used when we were formed as an Ontario corporation and, in 2005 we officially became Federally Chartered, with several brands combined under what we now know as “Masco Canada Limited.”
To consolidate our headquarters and all our manufacturing facilities under one roof, we purchased a 500,000 square foot facility in St. Thomas in 2010 – and are proud to still call this home!
We’re a local team doing big things
We are a team of 600+ Canadians who take great pride in designing, engineering, machining, assembling, marketing, and/or delivering many of the quality plumbing products used in homes and commercial buildings every day.
We provide customers from coast-to-coast with ideas, information and access to over 20,000 different products from more than 12 brands - including Delta, Mirolin, Master Plumber and many more – and distribute more than 10 million units every year.
We understand what our customers need from their water solutions because we live, work, play and travel in the same places as them. Our local Engineering and Compliance teams live and work right here in Ontario and help ensure that all of our products meet or exceed all local regulatory requirements; and the majority of our dedicated customer service team is also based here in Ontario, because we know how much it means to our customers to have the confidence in knowing that, if they have a question or need any support, we’re just down the street.
We’re making things happen right here in Canada
From the small brass fittings to faucets and the large tub/shower and many other products in between, our Canadian team includes in-house Engineering, Designing and Testing expertise within our 500,000 square foot facility, which is also home to our highly skilled workforce that can machine raw brass, assemble faucets and fixtures, manufacture bathtubs and shower bases and much more.
Many of our products are designed, machined, and/or assembled in our facility in St. Thomas, Ontario, using raw materials and components sourced both locally and globally. In fact, the majority of our Mirolin® and Delta® Commercial products are assembled in Canada, along with many other products within our Delta®, Waltec® and Master Plumber® brands.
Other products are sourced internationally to expand our offerings to our customers. Regardless of where any of our raw materials, components or finished goods originate from, our Canadian team, in one way or another, helps deliver every product to the Canadian market and stands behind every product should you require any support.
