It’s not just leadership - in our St Thomas plant, we’re proud to be one of the Elgin region’s largest employers with a dedicated team of employees that work in our Assembly areas and Warehouse and Distribution. This is a highly skilled and very experienced and talented group, enabling us to pivot production to respond to the changing needs in our Canadian market.
Executive Leadership Team
Lindsay Barber
President
Lindsay Barber is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, strengthening category leadership, and building high-performing teams within the building products industry. As President of Masco Canada, she leads the organization’s strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational execution, with a focus on delivering strong customer partnerships, enduring brands, and extraordinary service.
Lindsay joined Masco Canada in 2002 and has held a series of progressive leadership roles across customer service, forecasting, analytics, sales, and product management. In 2022, she joined the Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Product + Innovation, and was appointed President of Masco Canada in May 2023. Her broad experience across commercial and operational functions provides a deep understanding of market dynamics and positions her to lead integrated strategies that drive sustained business performance.
Lindsay was recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) in 2021. She holds a diploma in Automotive Marketing from Georgian College.
Peter Ashton
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Peter Ashton is an experienced commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and expanding market presence within the building products industry. As Vice President, Sales & Business Development at Masco Canada, he leads the company’s overall sales strategy and customer engagement approach, positioning the organization for sustained growth across markets.
Peter joined the organization in 2003 as Commercial Specifications Manager and has held a series of progressive sales leadership roles, developing deep expertise in customer strategy, market development, and commercial execution. He joined the Executive Leadership Team in 2015 and has played a key role in strengthening customer relationships and advancing the company’s growth agenda.
Peter studied Environmental Sciences at Sheridan College and the University of Guelph and has completed executive leadership programs through the Schulich School of Business.
Abhishek Gupta
Vice President, Supply Chain & Information Technology
Abhishek Gupta is an experienced operations and technology leader with nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business development. As Vice President, Supply Chain & Information Technology at Masco Canada, he leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and digital capabilities to strengthen operational performance and support scalable growth.
Since joining Masco Canada in 2021, Abhishek has focused on enhancing supply chain resilience, improving systems and processes, and enabling stronger cross-functional alignment to support evolving customer and business needs. Prior to Masco Canada, he held leadership roles with organizations including Culligan International and Glen Dimplex Americas, driving operational improvement, innovation, and business growth.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Regina.
Simon Hancox
Vice President, Manufacturing & Engineering
Simon Hancox is an experienced operations executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving manufacturing excellence, supply chain performance, and operational transformation across global industrial organizations. As Vice President, Manufacturing & Engineering at Masco Canada, he leads manufacturing, engineering, and strategic sourcing, strengthening operational capability and enabling scalable, high-quality production to support long-term growth.
Prior to joining Masco Canada in 2023, Simon held senior operations leadership roles with global manufacturing organizations including Dexter and Leggett & Platt, where he led complex operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing production systems, and delivering sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central England.
Erika Karch
Vice President, Category Management & Integrated Marketing
Erika Karch is a senior commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience driving profitable growth through sales leadership, market strategy, and category development. As Vice President, Category Management & Integrated Marketing at Masco Canada, she leads the integration of commercial strategy, category management, and go-to-market execution to strengthen market position and deliver measurable business results.
Since joining Masco Canada in 2016 as Vice President of Retail Sales, Erika has expanded her leadership scope across Product Management, Marketing, and eCommerce, aligning commercial strategy with product and channel priorities to accelerate growth and improve performance across retail, trade, and digital channels.
Prior to Masco Canada, Erika held progressive leadership roles with Procter & Gamble in Canada and the United States, focused on sales, customer strategy, and commercial planning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
Rita Perepelitsky
Vice President, Customer & Employee Experience
Rita Perepelitsky is an experienced human resources and customer experience leader with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience driving organizational effectiveness through talent strategy, culture, and leadership development. As Vice President, Customer & Employee Experience at Masco Canada, she leads the company’s people strategy and Customer Solutions function, strengthening both employee and customer experience to support strong performance and sustainable growth.
Since joining Masco Canada in 2024, Rita has focused on aligning talent strategy with business priorities, advancing leadership capability, and enabling a high-performing, engaged organization. She brings a broad perspective shaped by leadership roles spanning human resources and operations, including experience in health and safety, production management, and distribution centre leadership.
Prior to Masco Canada, Rita held progressive leadership roles with organizations including RIM, Ipex Inc., and Ardent Industries. She has pursued formal education in business and human resources through Fanshawe College and completed Royal Roads University’s Executive Coaching Program. Rita is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Michael Zherebkin
Vice President, Finance
Michael Zherebkin joined Masco Canada in July 2025 as Vice President, Finance, with responsibility for financial strategy, planning, and performance. He brings more than 15 years of progressive experience across FMCG, manufacturing, and audit, with a strong track record of driving financial discipline, operational improvement, and scalable growth.
Prior to joining Masco, Michael held senior finance roles focused on strengthening business performance through rigorous planning, effective cost management, and data-driven decision-making at organizations including Siemens, Coca-Cola HBC, and Rockwool, where he led financial teams across Europe and North America. His experience includes supporting commercial strategy, improving financial processes, and leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and long-term value creation.
Michael holds a BS and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in the United States, is a US CPA and has completed the Leadership Program at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
