Masco Canada’s leadership team is 100% Canadian based - we are proud to lead a local team that fulfills every role within our business.
It’s not just leadership - in our St Thomas plant, we’re proud to be one of the Elgin region’s largest employers with a dedicated team of employees that work in our Assembly areas and Warehouse and Distribution. This is a highly skilled and very experienced and talented group, enabling us to pivot production to respond to the changing needs in our Canadian market.
Executive Leadership Team
Lindsay Barber
President
Lindsay Barber began her full-time career at Masco Canada in customer service. She held progressive roles in forecasting, analytics, sales, product management and currently is the President where she leads our team of exceptional people, providing enduring brands, and extraordinary service.
Together with her late husband, Steve Barber, they founded “Believe Army” in 2011. Steve was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 24 and Believe Army was built to raise awareness about ALS, solicit funding for patient care, and generate donations to fund a cure. Steve passed in 2019 and Lindsay continues to march forward in support of others and their community.
Peter Ashton
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Peter joined Delta Faucet Canada roughly 20 years ago as Commercial Specifications Manager. Since then Peter has held a variety of sales roles within the organization. In2015, Peter joined the Executive Leadership as Vice President of Trade Sales and in 2022 assumed the additional responsibility for Retail Sales.
Peter had studied Environmental Sciences at both Sheridan College & the University of Guelph and has also completed a variety of leadership programs through the Schulich School of Business.
Being in the building products industry since his early 20’s Peter has developed a real passion not only for Masco Canada and its teammates but for the industry as a whole often serving as an advisor to many organizations and associations.
Peter is married to Eve, has three boys two of which are plumbers and 5 dogs. Peter lives in Brampton and also has the privilege of spending time with family, friends and customers in the Muskoka’s over the summer months.
Abhishek Gupta
Vice President, Supply Chain & IT
Abhishek Gupta joined Masco Canada in 2021. He is responsible for Supply Chain, IT and Customer Service. He holds an Engineering Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, India and a Master's degree in engineering from University of Regina.
Before joining Masco, he held Engineering and Operations Executive roles in the Plumbing and Consumer goods industry. He lives in Kitchener with his wife and two boys. Abhishek likes to read and solve puzzles
Simon Hancox
Vice President, Manufacturing Operations & Engineering
Simon Hancox joined Masco Canada in January 2023; he is responsible for Manufacturing Operations. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central England.
Before joining Masco Simon held senior leadership positions in the Automotive Industry with responsibility for manufacturing sites in China, Europe, Mexico, USA and Canada.
He lives very close to the St Thomas manufacturing site in Iona Station with his wife (Helen) and 3 daughters (Abi, Bella, Emmie) with most of his spare time is focused around their “Hobby Farm”.
Erika Karch
Vice President, Category Management & Integrated Marketing
Erika joined Masco Canada in 2016 as the Vice President of Retail Sales. Over the course of the next five years, she took on additional responsibilities in Product Management, Marketing, and eCommerce development. In 2020, Erika established the Masco Canada Women's Network, EmpowHER, where she continues to serve as a board member. Erika also acts as the executive sponsor for the Masco United Team, where she actively promotes engagement, unity, and collaboration within the organization. Erika currently holds the title of Vice President Marketing, Ecommerce, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Beyond her roles at Masco, Erika actively participates in various industry initiatives and organizations. She is actively involved with the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating Women's Network and contributes to the activities of the Canadian Women’s Executive Network. Erika's impressive professional background includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and a notable 20-year career with Procter & Gamble in both Canada and the USA.
On a personal note, Erika is married to her husband Michael, and they are blessed with two daughters named Kara and Kalyn. In her leisure time, she indulges in her passions for photography, travel, baking, spending time outdoors, and going on hikes with her large fur-baby, Boston.
Rita Perepelitsky
Vice President, Customer & Employee Experience
Rita Perepelitsky joined Masco Canada in October 2024; she is responsible for Human Resources. Rita has over 20 years of experience driving organizational excellence through strategic HR leadership across various sectors, including manufacturing, technology, and services.
As a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Rita is passionate about leadership development and mentoring others to unlock their full potential. She is known for her collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Rita is also a dedicated community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity, where she leverages her skills in leadership and strategic thinking to support the organization’s mission. Her unique blend of operational and coaching expertise makes her a trusted advisor in creating impactful and sustainable organizational change. She also shares her knowledge as a part-time instructor at Western University.
In her free time, Rita loves to spend time with her husband (Mike) and three amazing children (Alex, Victoria and Niko). She has two dogs and a cat (Xena, Cha Chi and Mo Mo) and she enjoys reading fiction and baking.
Michael Zherebkin
Vice President, Finance
Micheal joined Masco Canada on July 7, 2025; he is responsible for Finance.
With more than 15 years of progressive experience across FMCG, manufacturing, and audit, Michael brings a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, and financial transformation to Masco’s leadership team.
Michael has a BS and MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, his CPA designation and completed the Leadership Program at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He is married to his wife, Mariya, and has two daughters (aged 7 and 15) and a Goldendoodle named Buddy.
In his free time, Michael volunteers as the Board Treasurer for Project FoodChain, a Toronto-based charity that supports unhoused community members, and enjoys sailing, horseback riding and home improvements.
